I bought some Tuna steaks from Costco a while back and found a great recipe that we really enjoy!
I follow the recipe, except for the substitution of gluten-free soya sauce and I usually pound the garlic, rather than mincing. I haven't garnished with lemon. I often grill asparagus along side.
