Ingredients:
1/3 cup dates
1/3 cup cashew/hazelnut mix
Handful chocolate chips
2 Tsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract (not necessary)
1 tbsp warm water
Blend the dates and nuts first. I added a tbsp of warm water to help it along. Then add the rest of the ingredients and continue to blend until dough like. Form into balls. Enjoy!
I warmed up a few in the microwave for 20 seconds and they were a perfect pairing to my morning coffee!! Yum!
